We conducted in-depth research on the current state of the NYUAD Laundry, identifying needs in the user experience for both students and faculty. Based on these needs, we designed a new laundry management system that combines hardware and software, providing a clear and intuitive user interface that allows users to quickly understand the laundry room's operation process and status, book laundry services, and report any uncivilized behavior

深入调研NYUAD洗衣房现状，识别师生使用体验中的痛点和需求。针对用户需求，设计了一套全新的软硬件结合的洗衣房管理系统，提供了清晰、直观的用户界面，使用户能够快速理解洗衣房的操作流程和状态，预约洗衣，并能够及时报修或举报不文明使用现象。

同时还向校方进行了展示，提交了一份详细的项目报告（paper），包含了对改造方案的可行性分析，展示了预期的经济和社会效益
